Elite Spine and Sports Care of Totowa offers Prenatal and Postnatal Care and Corrective Exercise to pregnant women. This is an exercise program that improves posture, breathing patterns and functional movement in a woman pre and post childbirth. Our main focus at Elite Spine is to teach prenatal and postnatal women that a good exercise program is beneficial before and after giving birth. At Elite Spine we offer care and corrective exercise before and after childbirth.
