Passaic County NJ Prenatal Care & Postnatal Corrective Exercise is an exercise program based on improving posture, breathing patterns and functional movement in prenatal and postnatal woman. There is an assessment phase evaluating posture and breathing at rest, as well as 6 primal movement patterns (squat, alternating lunge, twist, bend, a push, and a pull). Following an assessment our Physical Therapist will begin implementing corrective exercise and posture on the 1st visit. Our primary goal at Elite Spine & Sports Care Totowa is to teach both prenatal and postnatal women that it is safe and beneficial to participate in an exercise program either before or following child birth.
