What is Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise?

Passaic County NJ Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise

Passaic County NJ Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise is an exercise program based on improving posture, breathing patterns and functional movement in pre and post-natal woman. There is an assessment phase evaluating posture and breathing at rest, as well as 6 primal movement patterns (squat, alternating lunge, twist, bend, a push, and a pull). Following an assessment our Physical Therapist will begin implementing corrective exercise and posture on the 1st visit. Our primary goal is to teach both pre and post natal women that it is safe and beneficial to participate in an exercise program either before or following child birth.
